How evaluation works
We review documents, check technical fit, and may ask for a sample, a site visit or a trial. Claims should be verifiable. Partnerships are recorded in writing, including scope, warranty and support responsibilities.

Evaluation criteria we apply
- Technical fit. Do the products and services match the sizes, duties and applications we support?
- Documentation. Datasheets, drawings, test certificates, manuals and parts lists that an engineer can verify.
- Supply reliability. Lead time, stock position and what happens when a part is urgent. A generator down during an outage is the worst day to wait for a part.
- Support. Named technical contact, escalation route and response times.
- Safety and compliance. Statutory approvals, safety practice and quality systems relevant to the product.
- Commercial clarity. Clear terms for pricing, warranty, returns and payment.
What a strong submission looks like
A short company profile, a product or service list with ratings, three or more verifiable references from comparable customers, sample documentation, service coverage in and around Hyderabad and Secunderabad, and a named person who can answer technical questions. Marketing brochures alone do not help us decide.
How we handle your information
We use submitted material only to evaluate a possible working relationship. Please do not send anything confidential that you do not want considered.
Next steps after evaluation
If there is a fit, the usual path is a technical discussion, a trial supply or joint job, a review of results and then a written agreement setting scope, responsibilities, quality requirements and review dates. Not every submission leads to a partnership, and we aim to reply with a clear answer either way.
For a project-based technical question rather than a partnership, use the application engineering enquiry.
The master engineering question
Can this partner help a customer’s critical load stay powered, and can we prove their claims?

How long does evaluation take?
It depends on the product and documents received.
Can I send samples?

Sending information does not create a commitment.
