In short. We use the details you send through this website only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the quotation, service or parts you ask about. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number and/or email address, and the requirement you type. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send through that channel.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit, service, rental or parts supply, and keep a record of the work for warranty and follow-up. Calculators on this site run in your browser and do not send us the numbers you enter.
Where it is kept
Form enquiries are stored in the website’s private admin area and emailed to our business inbox. Only Reddy Generators staff who handle enquiries can see them. We keep enquiry records for as long as they are needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and our business and tax records.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing info@reddygenerators.com or calling 098852 01608.
